Choosing a Realtor

A good Realtor will only represent you, and have
your best interest at heart. When interviewing
Realtors, make sure they are really listening to you
and taking the time to build a personal relationship
with you. The time they spend investing in you will give
you clues to how much effort they will spend in
advertising your property.

Open Houses
I will be advertising and conducting open houses quite frequently.
Your initial open house will target your neighbors and the general traffic,
which is usually done on weekends. If needed, I will also schedule an open house
that targets Realtors. This will be scheduled with other open houses in the area  
to bring in as many Realtors as possible. This will promote your home and is also
intended to receive feedback from the area professionals.

Pictures
For homes valued over $250K, I will usually hire a professional photographer
and include a Virtual Tour and an information Pamphlet. For properties with
10+ acres, I would include aerial photo taken with a drone from a professional
photographer. For properties under $250K, I use a very nice Canon Powershot
Camera which works very well indoors and out. Each picture is taken with a
potential buyer in mind to show off the best features of your home. All listings
include a video posted on my You Tube Channel.

This is a brief overview of what I offer to my Clients. From creative advertising and providing
outstanding customer service, I will work very hard to sell your property.

Marketing
We advertise your home in many magazines including Real Estate Showcase
and Lake Life. Newspapers include Bedford Bulletin/Bullet, Franklin,
SML Eagle, Roanoke Times and Laker Life. Internet sites including Trulia,
Zillow, Realtor.com and Craigslist. We also have Premiere accounts with these
sites which gives your listing priority and our contact information visibility. I will
provide you with this information and more during our initial visit.

Each listing is very unique to me and I will strategically advertise your property
accordingly  in and out of our state.

Signage
I design and make my own yard signs. They are very unique and
kept clean and updated at all times. I also place them in the most strategic
location possible. I also use smaller directional signs if needed to guide
potential buyers to your property.
